PSU Chinese name: Polysulfone Specific gravity: 1.25-1.35g/Cc Molding shrinkage :0.5-0.7% Molding temperature: 290-350°C drying conditions: 130-150°C 4 hours through glass fiber reinforced modification can make the wear resistance of the material greatly improved.
Polysulfone can be modified with ABS, polyimide, polyether ether ketone and fluoroplastics to improve the impact strength and elongation, solvent resistance, environmental resistance, processing performance and electroplating.Such as PSF/PBT,PSF/ ABS,PSF+ mineral powder.

1. Good chemical resistance, except aquafortis, oil of vitriol and halocarbon, PSU can be
resistant to general acid, alkali, salt.
2. High head stability .Continuous operating temperature is 160°C,it can reach 190°C for a
short time, hydrolyze resistance, good dimensional stabiit, low shrink in processing .
3. Excellent mechanics performance: high rigidity, wear resistance, can retain excellent
mechanics performance even in high temperature.
4. Excellent electronic performance in a wide range of temperature and frequency.
5. No poison, radiation resistance, fire resistance, self-extinguishing.

In the molten state, polysulfone is close to A Newtonian body, similar topolycarbonate, and its initial fluidity is sensitive to temperature.
In the range of 310-420 degrees, the fluidity increases by a factor of 1 for every 30 degree increase in temperature. Therefore, the machining fluidity can be improved by increasing the temperature during molding
